Drive System Specs: 1-1/4" dia, Gr. 4140 drive shaft w/ full length keyways, positive traction (both rear wheels spin together), 5 bolt wheel hubs w/ keyways & locking set screws on both sides, greasable pillow block bearings, steel ATV wheels, AT22x11-8 rear tires, AT21x7-10 front tires
Steering System: 14" billet aluminum off-road rack & pinion c/w rod ends, tie rod ends, solid bar steering column shaft w/ steady bearing, steering column u-joint, quick steering disconnect for steering wheel
All New Foot Pedal Boxes: Precision laser cut floor mounted brake & throttle pedal boxes, aluminum hydraulic brake master cylinder, spring loaded throttle pedal w/ pull cable lever, built-in idle adjuster, completely rebuildable
Chassis Details: 1.66" o.d. tube, space frame chassis design, structural cross braces, full roll-over safety cage, aluminum floor, 5 point racing harness seat belt mounts, custom dash w/ cutouts for gauges & switches, super-lightweight design
Hydraulic Braking System: Off-the-shelf 3/4" bore hydraulic brake master cylinder, foot pedal box, certified hydraulic brake lines, DOT approved brake fluid, rear mounted single disc brake (on rear drive shaft), single brake caliper, 2 brake pads
Suspension: None (Rear tires @ 5 psi, Front tires @ 8 psi)
Design Features: Fits into typical 8 ft long pick-up truck box w/ tailgate closed, lightweight (under 350 lbs), very easy & economical to build (under $1000 minus engine, approx $1500 w/ engine & TAV2), easy to insure & register for off-highway driving in approved areas
